General Questions
We offer comprehensive event styling services including full venue styling, prop hire, faux floral design, ceremony styling, reception decor, and bespoke installations. We specialise in weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout Cheshire and surrounding areas.
Our services range from simple prop hire for DIY events to complete venue transformations where we handle every styling detail from ceremony to reception.
We're based in Cheshire and proudly serve the entire region including Chester, Warrington, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Altrincham, Stockport, Crewe, Northwich, and Nantwich. Travel within Cheshire is included in all our packages.
We also regularly work at venues in surrounding areas including parts of Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Staffordshire, and North Wales. For venues beyond 30 miles from our base, a small travel surcharge may apply.
We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance for peak wedding season (May-September) to secure your preferred date. Saturdays in summer are particularly popular and tend to book up quickly.
For off-peak dates (October-April) or weekday events, we can often accommodate bookings with 3-6 months notice. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability for your specific date.
Yes, absolutely! We hold comprehensive public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance, giving you complete peace of mind. We can provide copies of our insurance certificates to your venue if required.
All our team members are trained professionals, and we follow strict health and safety protocols during setup and breakdown.
Absolutely! Our packages are designed as starting points, and we love creating bespoke styling to match your unique vision. You can mix and match items, add extras, or create a completely custom package tailored to your event.

Pricing & Payments
Our packages start from £195 for prop hire and go up to £1,200+ for comprehensive full venue styling. Every event is unique, so we create bespoke quotes based on your specific requirements, venue size, guest count, and styling preferences.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans with no hidden fees. Our standard payment structure is:
- Booking deposit - Secures your date and confirms your booking
- Mid-term payment - Due approximately 6 months before your event
- Final payment - Due 1 month before your event date
We can arrange bespoke payment schedules to suit your planning timeline.
Absolutely not! We believe in complete transparency. Your quote will clearly itemise all costs including the package price, any add-ons, travel fees (if applicable), and any venue-specific requirements.
The only potential additional costs would be if you request significant changes after your quote is confirmed, and these would always be discussed and agreed with you first.
We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards, and can also arrange payment plans for larger bookings. All payment details will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.
Setup & Logistics
Setup typically begins 4-6 hours before your event start time, depending on the complexity of styling. For weddings, this usually means we arrive in the morning to style ceremony and reception spaces, with everything complete before your guests arrive.
Breakdown usually occurs the following morning or as agreed with your venue. We coordinate directly with venue managers to ensure setup and breakdown times work within their schedule. All setup and breakdown is included in our packages!
No! You should be relaxing and getting ready on your big day. We handle everything independently and coordinate with your venue and other suppliers as needed. We've planned every detail in advance, so we know exactly what to do.
If you'd like to pop in to see the final result before guests arrive, that's lovely - but it's absolutely not necessary.
We understand that accidents happen at events! Normal wear and tear is expected and included. However, if items are significantly damaged, lost, or not returned, we may charge a replacement fee based on the item's value.
We'll always communicate clearly about any issues and work with you to resolve them fairly.
Yes! We regularly collaborate with florists, caterers, photographers, and other event suppliers. We're happy to coordinate with your other vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
If you need recommendations for trusted suppliers in Cheshire, we're always happy to share our list of preferred partners.
Booking & Cancellation
Simply contact us with your event date, venue, and any initial ideas. We'll arrange a free consultation (in person or virtual) to discuss your vision and create a tailored proposal.
Once you're happy with the quote, we'll send you a booking contract. Your date is secured once we receive your signed contract and booking deposit.
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined in your booking contract. Generally, the booking deposit is non-refundable, but we're always happy to discuss options if you need to reschedule.
If you need to make changes to your booking, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes! We understand that your plans may evolve. You can make changes to your styling up until 4 weeks before your event date. Minor adjustments are usually no problem, though significant changes may affect pricing.
We'll keep in regular contact throughout your planning journey to make sure everything is perfect.
